In the calculation, we usually set the outlet water temperature at 28℃, primary heating time usually is 48hours.
Formula will use: Q=1.163*△t*V ;
W=Q/T
Explanation: Q = Heat Demand (KwH)
△t = Temperature Difference (℃)
V = volume of pool (m³)
W = Heat pump capacity(Kw) - usually will add 15-25% of heat loss
T = Hours for heating (H)
Example: A swimming pool 10*4*1.5m, original temperature is 18℃
Answer: set the target temperature into 28℃, heating hour into 48 hours
Q = 1.163*(28-18)*(10*4*1.5)=697.8 KwH
W= (1+15%) *Q/T=1.15*697.8/48=16.72 KW
